REDEVELOPMENT PROCESS

Listening to Resident Priorities

We begin by speaking with current building residents to understand their key needs and expectations before planning the redevelopment.

Reviewing the Site and Surroundings

After gathering input, our team studies the location and nearby neighborhood to evaluate the best redevelopment approach.

Drafting the Redevelopment Plan

This phase creates the redevelopment layout, showing updated indoor and outdoor design proposals.

Aligning Plans with PMC Rules

Once the concept is ready, it is refined to satisfy the PMC regulations and any required technical guidelines.

Legal Agreement with the Society

A formal agreement is signed with the housing society after the plan is confirmed and all compliance checks are complete.

Securing PMC Approvals

The necessary construction permissions are then requested from the relevant PMC departments.

Moving Residents Before Work Starts

Existing occupants are relocated to suitable temporary housing so redevelopment can begin smoothly.

Starting Work on the Approved Plan

With approvals secured and residents relocated, construction starts following the sanctioned redevelopment plan.

Obtaining Completion Certificates

After the redevelopment is finished, we apply for occupation and completion certificates from the authorities.
